The CS448 enables accurate and safe measurement in high-voltage, fast-switching environments. It includes isolated signal paths, ensuring precise data capture with minimal interference. Each channel supports ±0.8V and ±8V input ranges (extendable using probes), and the unit supports a dynamic range of 100 dB with 14-bit resolution.
The isolated signal generator supports up to 65 MHz outputs, with programmable arbitrary waveforms (future UI support). USB 3.0 and SFP-based Ethernet allow high-speed communication. Two FPGA-based trigger systems offer flexible analog/digital logic conditions for event capture.
The software includes spectrum analysis, FRA, and full protocol decoding (I2C, SPI, UART), with features for streaming, logging, and live MATLAB/Excel interfacing.
